  The resources available to you at the Fundamental level are designed to help women understand the reality of the challenge they face in considering board opportunities -- this is no cake walk, this is a decision that will require your time and dedication. Information at this level will help you eliminate the myths you might have about boards and about why women have been kept off boards and out of the executive ranks.

• Developmental - for those who are ready to acquire specific additional skills, tools, techniques, and concepts relating to board-level positions of responsibility.

  The resources available to you at the Developmental level are designed to introduce the alternative paths to boards, the tools to support due diligence, the technical resources to help women evaluate and assess their options for board roles. Information at this level will expand your access to a wide range of technical and evaluative resources as well as resource people.

• Strategic - for those who are ready to chart their path toward participation and placement on public or private boards of directors.

  The resources available to you at the Strategic level are intended to help women expand their specific options for board placement through improved access to databases, registries, and other conduits to board roles. Information at this level will include market estimates of board opportunities at firms of different sizes and profiles of existing women on boards as a basis for comparison.

• Ongoing Support - those who continue with us, at the end, will find others, here, who will affirm and acknowledge your achievements, recognize your performance, and share your success story.
